Eliminar tu cuenta

1. Open Yolkie and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap the gear to open Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

No longer have the app? Write to social@yolkie.fit from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it’s your account, delete it and reply within one month, usually much sooner.

Your account and everything in it: your email and sign-in, your name, quiz answers, plan and targets, food logs, training, weigh-ins, consents, streaks, XP, Corn, your chick and its items. It happens at once and can’t be undone.

• Database backups: they expire on a schedule, so your data is gone from them within 89 days.
• Error reports: deleted automatically within 90 days.
• Payment and tax records: kept as long as tax law requires. Apple, Google and Stripe keep their own records of your purchases.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Yolkie Gold subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or through the “Manage subscription” link for web purchases.
